What is it?

TRAQOM (Training Quality and Outcomes Measurement) is a mandatory framework introduced by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) to monitor learner and employer satisfaction after course completion. As part of grant eligibility and ATO compliance, all funded courses must collect and report TRAQOM feedback.

Our Cloud-Based TRAQOM Dashboard streamlines this entire process by automatically syncing survey data, generating insights, and producing SSG-ready reports. Built for training providers, it eliminates manual overhead while driving continuous improvement.

How It Works

The system connects directly to SSG's TRAQOM backend or your LMS for seamless data collection:

  • Generates unique survey links for each course run and trainee
  • Aggregates responses from learners and employers post-course
  • Displays key metrics: Net Satisfaction Score (NSS), response rate, trainer effectiveness
  • Custom filters: course, trainer, date range, modality (in-person, online)
  • Auto-generates compliance reports and TRAQOM audit exports

All data is accessible via a secure dashboard, with role-based access for management, admin, and course coordinators.
