The platform features Sarah, an intelligent voice assistant capable of handling real-time voice conversations directly in the browser, complemented by a chat widget for text-based interactions.
The application provides an animated voice call interface with speaking indicators and call timers, creating an engaging user experience. The mobile-responsive design uses Inter typography for clean, modern aesthetics while maintaining full functionality across all devices.
Built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript using Retell Web Client SDK, the system employs Vercel serverless functions to protect API credentials from client exposure. Local development is supported through Express.js, making it easy to test before production deployment on Vercel’s hosting platform.
