What 汉语拼音 Hanyu Pinyin does
汉语拼音 Hanyu Pinyin helps Chinese learners build the foundations of Mandarin pronunciation and pinyin input. Study initials, finals, the four tones and pinyin typing rules, each paired with example characters for context.
The app includes tap-to-hear Mandarin pronunciation on pinyin cards and practice questions, plus five drill modes covering characters, words, initials, finals and mixed exercises. It scores by accuracy and words per minute, so learners can see their typing speed improve over time.
Everything runs offline in a native SwiftUI iPhone app. There is no registration, no network dependency and no data collection.
