What This Software Does

The AI Vault: Escape the Future is a gamified learning platform designed for corporate training, polytechnic programs, and AI literacy initiatives. The system enables adult learners to explore complex technology concepts through puzzle-solving across five themed environments: Space Operations, Food Systems, Ethics Archive, Green Tech, and Cyber City.
The platform features 15+ unique puzzles including flowcharts, dashboards, decision trees, crosswords, simulations, and code debugging challenges that teach algorithms, data analysis, governance, systems thinking, and cybersecurity. AI-powered hints use Socratic questioning methods via OpenAI GPT-4o-mini or Anthropic Claude to guide learners without directly revealing answers.
Built with vanilla HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, the single-page application includes synthesized audio via Web Audio API, auto-save functionality through localStorage, responsive design for all devices, an achievement badge system, and a meta puzzle finale that combines artifacts from all rooms. The platform serves as an engaging alternative to traditional e-learning for teaching AI fundamentals and computational thinking.
