This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) and Tertiary Infotech PTe Ltd (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) for the use of our software and services that integrate with QuickBooks API (the “Service”).
By accessing or using our finance integration tools or enabling the QuickBooks API connection, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our finance integration service solely for your internal business purposes and only in connection with your authorized QuickBooks account(s).
The integration relies on the Intuit QuickBooks API. By using our Service, you also agree to be bound by Intuit’s Terms of Service and API License Agreement.
We do not own or control QuickBooks or its services. We are not responsible for any limitations, outages, or changes to the QuickBooks API.
You must have a valid QuickBooks Online subscription to use the integration.
With your authorization, we will access your financial data from QuickBooks solely to perform automated sync and reporting functions.
We do not store your login credentials.
Data processed through the integration is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is never shared with unauthorized third parties.
You agree to:
Maintain accurate QuickBooks credentials.
Ensure proper configuration and permission scopes during API connection.
Not misuse the API or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the integration.
We provide the Service “as-is” and disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for:
Errors in data imported/exported from QuickBooks.
Financial or business losses resulting from integration failures or misuse.
API downtime, limitations, or errors originating from Intuit/QuickBooks.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the integration at any time if:
You breach this Agreement.
You revoke QuickBooks access tokens.
QuickBooks changes its API terms or deprecates functionality.
You may terminate this Agreement by disconnecting the integration at any time.
We reserve the right to update this Agreement. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Insert Country/State] without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
