The platform implements multi-tenant architecture with organization-scoped data isolation, allowing corporate administrators to manage educator invitations, course assignments with deadlines, and comprehensive progress tracking. Learners access assigned courses with video lectures, text materials, and quizzes while earning CPD points toward professional development requirements.
The system includes 8 pre-seeded courses covering essential childcare topics such as CPR & First Aid, Child Development Milestones, Early Literacy Strategies, Nutrition Planning, Behavior Management, Parent Communication, ECDA Compliance, and Inclusive Education. Each course features SCORM-compatible progress tracking and automatic certificate generation upon completion.
