What This Software Does

Phonics AI is an interactive, game-based learning platform designed for students aged 9-15 to master English pronunciation through structured phonics instruction. The platform combines 95 lessons across 5 learning worlds covering all 44 English phonemes with AI-powered feedback and engaging gamification elements.
Each lesson follows a four-phase framework: Listen to phoneme examples, Practice pronunciation with AI feedback, Play interactive games to reinforce learning, and Assess understanding through quizzes. The system uses IPA notation with animated mouth position guides and color-coded phoneme categories to help students understand proper articulation.
Google Gemini API powers intelligent pronunciation analysis while Web Speech API enables real-time voice recording and recognition. Interactive games include Phoneme Pop, Word Builder, Sound Match, Sound Race, Sentence Scramble, and Karaoke Challenge. Students earn XP points, unlock 18 achievement badges, complete daily quests, and build learning streaks to maintain motivation throughout their phonics journey.
