2. Course Registration & Payment

• All course fees must be paid in full prior to course commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any course if minimum enrolment is not met.
• Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or approved funding confirmation (e.g., SSG, IBF).

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 5 working days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 5 working days or for no-shows.
• Course transfer or deferment requests are subject to approval and availability.

4. Intellectual Property

All training materials, course content, tools, and documentation are the intellectual property of Tertiary Infotech or its licensors. Reproduction, sharing, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct

• Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times during training.
• We reserve the right to remove any learner who is disruptive, abusive, or violates the code of conduct, without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation or website use. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee course outcomes or job placements.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the PDPA. This includes use for enrolment, course administration, certification, and audit purposes. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
