What is it?

WSQ Course Development refers to the process of designing and structuring a competency-based training programme under Singapore’s Workforce Skills Qualifications framework. Every course must align with the Skills Framework and demonstrate learning outcomes that are industry-relevant, measurable, and assessable.

We work closely with subject matter experts and training providers to develop WSQ courses that meet all TPQA standards. This includes designing learning units, crafting assessment plans, and producing instructional materials — all mapped to relevant Occupational and Technical Skills (OTS).
