HENRY XINBIN WANG 王新斌 is an ACTA certified trainer and DACE certified curriculum developer. While managing the business of aboutique Merger & Acquisitions consultancy firm (Everbright Business Consultancy Pte Ltd), I have been teaching Business Mandarin as an Adjunct Trainer in a well known Business Institute in Singapore since 2013.
As an effectively bilingual individual with deep knowledge and insights about Singapore and China, I have successfully delivered numerous WSQ courses on Human Capital Development, Customer Services, Performance Measurement and Leadership Coaching. Meanwhile, I have also successfully run Business Mandarin workshops/programs on Accounting, Taxation, Banking, Investment, Insurance, Law, Wealth Management as well as Presentation and Negotiation, particularly for Professionals from finance industry to equip them with the relevant skills and knowledge to engage effectively with their China counterparties.
He had gained 8 years of working experience in a global Chinese State-Owned Corporation in Beijing before coming to Singapore to study under Singapore government scholarship in 1998.
Dr. Alfred Ang is an ACTA certified trainer and DACE certified curriculum developer. earned his Ph.D. from National University of Singapore in 2000, majoring in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He also completed an online MBA course with U21 Global based in Australia. He obtained his B.Sc (Hons) from National University of Singapore in 1992, majoring in Physics. He topped his Physics cohort for 3 consecutive years and funded his degree study with Book price, awards and tuition. He has worked in Defence, Electronics and Semiconductor Industries. His current interests include Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Robotics and Programming.
Dr. Alfred Ang is a DACE certified course developer, ACTA certified trainer and IBM Certified Instructor for AI. He was Distinguished Toastmasters (DTM) and Senior Member of IEEE. He has published more than 20 peer reviewed papers and co-inventors for more than 20 inventions.
Steve Loy iis an ACTA certified trainer and DACE certified curriculum developer. He has a blended mix of IT hard skills and soft skills in project management & business development. He started his career as a software developer and systems integrator on automation projects for semiconductor wafer fabs in Taiwan, France and Singapore, before taking up a management role to setup and take charge of IT operations for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Singapore.
With years of work experience globally and locally spanning across a multitude of industries, he is good at building rapport and collaborated with people of different cultures & business practices. He firmly believes in good corporate culture, business practice and sincerely wish to deliver win-win positive outcomes and impart knowledge to people he interact with.
Alvin has 16 years of experience in the workforce. 11 years of logistics & supply chain experience (including 3 years stint based in Taiwan) with the Ministry of Defence, Singapore & 5 years of experience in Training & Adult Education and Blockchain. He specialises in BEAD topics: Blockchain | Entrepreneurship | Action Learning | Design Thinking.
He also has 10 years of investment experience and 8 years of Facilitation/Training experience.He is the Founding President for the Institute of Blockchain® Ltd, a social enterprise and online blockchain academia that focus on the advancement of Blockchain education and training, of which he built a Blockchain community of more than 1000 individuals & has strike strategic partnerships with 11 organisations.
He is also a committee member of ISO TC307 – Blockchain & DLT Standards Technical Committee & ITSC’s National Mirror Committee, a Ministry of Education, Singapore’s Registered Instructor, People’s Association’s Trainer, as well as a WSQ Certified ACTA & DACE Adult Educator & Associate Adult Educator (AAE) under SUSS-IAL’s Adult Education Professionalisation (AEP), he has trained almost 2000 learners in Blockchain at Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia & China.
He developed the 1st Cryptocurrency Course in Singapore (rebranded to Fintech & Blockchain Primer) funded by SkillsFuture Singapore, as well as other design thinking and entrepreneurship courses. He also developed the Certified Blockchain Consultant® (CBC) Course to certify blockchain professionals in the industry.
He has won awards such as the Singapore Fintech Awards 2019 – Asia Fintech Leaders and UCIM – Golden Block Awards 2018’s Best Blockchain CEO (Male), and was listed in the Global Blockchain Leaders List 2019 published by GBHB and Singapore Fintech Champions List published by Lightbulb Capital in 2018. He volunteered as a Judge during the Citi-SMU Financial Literacy Challenge 2018: Cryptocurrency Theme and is involved as a Speaker or Moderator in more than 20 Fintech & Blockchain events across Asia since 2017

He has more than 10 years of WSQ trainer, an assessor and developer in the application of instructional methods, retention of learning, the different level of learning activities and Gagne’s instructional design with 11 WSQ courseware for Diploma in ‘Skill Framework for Electronics’ was approved by WSG and more than 200 staffs were trained.
He has involved with mentoring and coaching of the skill-future programme for Professional Conversion Programmes (PCPs) and Earn and Learn (ELP) programme in developing Singaporean core. In the Developed Structured On-Job-Training (S-OJT) blueprint for Work-Learn Technical Diploma (WLTD) programme aligned with ITE study’s 2.5 years programme curriculum.
